SECURING THE LEGAL PERMITS We’ll help you with the paperwork and application forms, all the way through the process.  Once submitted, the approval process by the State of New Jersey takes up to 90 days.  Once the permit is granted, we will assist you in the purchasing of your firearm. YOU DO NOT NEED A PERMIT TO TAKE A TRAINING COURSE, OR TO USE OUR "TEST-FIRE" SERVICES.   SELECTING THE BEST FIREARM FOR YOU Once you have made the decison to obtain a handgun, your next step would be our “TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT” program.  You will be accompanied by a NATIONALLY CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR, to a safe and secure local shooting range.  Here, you will have the opportunity to shoot several different varieties of handguns to help determine which is best for you.  All of our clients find this experience to be highly informative and fun!   PURCHASING THE HANDGUN There are thousands of styles to choose.  Each has positive and negative elements: cost, weight, caliber, hand-fit, ease of use and ease of maintenance.
